Professional Assessment

Before bringing a puppy home, it’s important to know that owning a puppy means frequent visits to a veterinarian and that you will be responsible for all costs associated with such veterinarian visits.

We do everything we can to make sure your puppy is as healthy as possible when she arrives, but puppies are living breathing animals which means health issues do arise despite our best efforts.

At Purebreed puppies, all our puppies are sold with the following

warranties and conditions.

The Buyer commits to providing the following essentials to their puppy: a nurturing environment, prompt medical care, proper grooming and attention, and a lifelong commitment. This includes ensuring the puppy remains parasite-free and receives regular vaccinations. The Buyer must also offer nutritious meals consisting of premium dog food at scheduled intervals, along with constant access to fresh water. Furthermore, the Buyer pledges to maintain a safe environment and to prevent the puppy from roaming unsupervised by using appropriate fencing and supervision. Additionally, the Seller highly recommends microchipping the puppy to aid in its safe return if lost or stolen.

To the best of our knowledge, the puppy you are acquiring is confirmed to be in good health, with a sound body and free from communicable diseases. Moreover, the Seller will demonstrate and furnish evidence to the Buyer that the puppy has received deworming treatment and its initial set of vaccination shots.

Within 72 hours of purchase, the Buyer is obligated to schedule a health examination for their new puppy at a licensed veterinarian of their choosing. The expenses for this examination will be covered by the Buyer. In the event that the puppy is found to be in poor health, directly attributable to the Seller, the Buyer may opt to return the puppy for a complete refund, provided they obtain a written diagnosis from the veterinarian confirming the cause.

In the unfortunate event of sudden death within 30 days of purchase, the Buyer must obtain a full autopsy report from a notarized veterinarian, specifying that the cause of death was a prenatal condition. The expenses associated with obtaining this report will be borne by the Buyer. Subsequently, the Seller's veterinarian must verify and concur with the diagnosis. Upon confirmation, the Buyer is eligible for a refund of the puppy's purchase price. It's important to note that this guarantee excludes diseases preventable by vaccinations

This guarantee specifically excludes coverage for internal or external parasites, viruses, as well as minor conditions like allergies, colds, open fontanel, hernias, and hypoglycemia. Additionally, it does not cover expenses related to neutering, such as undescended testicles. It is common for puppies to have worms, and this guarantee should not be interpreted as a warranty against the presence of worms. The Seller has already administered worming treatment to the puppy before it leaves for its new home, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to continue worming as recommended by their veterinarian..

If the Buyer chooses not to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase, they relinquish their entitlement to any form of guarantee or protection provided by the Seller.

Following the initial 72 hours after purchase, the Seller bears no responsibility for any expenses, whether medical or otherwise, incurred by the puppy. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the well-being of the puppy, safeguarding it from harm and providing continuous care.

The Seller cannot be held liable for any behavioral issues or training challenges experienced by the puppy. However, the Seller is available to offer guidance and advice on training the new puppy. By adhering to these recommendations, the Buyer can mitigate potential problems during the training process.

At the time of sale, it is acknowledged that the puppy is a pet-quality dog, representative of its breed, and is temperamentally suited to function as an obedience dog or companion. To foster an optimal relationship between the puppy and its new family, the Seller highly recommends participation in training classes.

At any point, if the Buyer finds themselves unable to continue caring for the puppy, the Seller must be offered the first opportunity to regain ownership with the intention of finding a new home for the puppy. Any potential refunds will be determined at the Seller's discretion and evaluated on an individual basis. Upon return, the puppy will be accompanied by all medical records and registration papers, if applicable. Additionally, if any circumstances arise that may jeopardize the puppy's quality of life, the Seller should be promptly notified to participate in determining the puppy's future.

The Buyer commits to promptly contacting the Seller in the event of any concerns regarding the puppy, encompassing aspects such as its housing, diet, health, or training. Furthermore, the Buyer agrees to keep the Seller informed of any treatments or interventions as they transpire. This proactive communication facilitates the Breeder/Seller in tracking the progress of puppies and provides valuable insights into their health for future generations.
