What does your health guarantee mean for my puppy?


Our Health Guarantee ensures that your puppy undergoes a veterinary examination before delivery. You are required to schedule another vet check within 72 hours of receiving your pup. In the event that your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic disorder or disease, upon notification of the condition by a licensed veterinarian, we will replace the puppy.


Does every puppy come veterinarian checked?

Yes. We do a very thorough check from their toes to their ears!


What is a health guarantee?

A health guarantee serves as documentation indicating that your puppy has been given clearance for travel by a licensed veterinarian. It provides assurance that your puppy has been screened for any potential infectious diseases prior to being sent to you.
